Refund & Cancellation

The booking amount is a non-refundable advance payment to block the time slot for the particular yacht, Catamaran or Luxury Speed Boat.

No refund will be provided in case any guest or all the guests are unable to embark the boat due to any health issues, physical disability or other unforeseen issues.

Date of booking can be changed subject to availability, if notified 72 hours before the excursion time.

For bookings made under 72 hours of excursion time, no change in booking dates or cancellation is possible

If the excursion is cancelled due to any technical issues, the full amount will be refunded to guests within 48 hours.

Or date of booking may be changed as per guest request.
