For how much duration can I book the yacht?Guests can book the yacht for any duration as per their preference. Minimum duration of booking is one hour cruising.

Can I book the yacht for 30 minutes of cruising & 30 minutes anchoring?The yachts are priced on a per hour basis. Both Cruising and Anchoring are available on a per hour basis. Minimum duration of booking is one hour cruising.

Can I stay overnight on the yacht?Some of our Yachts have bedroom cabins, which can be booked for overnight excursions. The yachts are priced on a per-hour basis. We also offer Houseboat stay packages priced per night, including breakfast, other meals, and activities.

Can I bring additional people in the yacht?Each Yacht has a specific guest capacity. The Yacht also has to accommodate the Yacht crew. The number of guests cannot cross the respective licensed capacity of the particular Yacht. The number of guests have to be clearly mentioned during the booking process.

Can you join us with another group?The guests can join with groups and then make yacht bookings. We do not provide such service.

Can I decide to extend time during my excursion?The duration of excursion can be increased while being on the yacht, however payment has to be made before extending the time, and is subject to availability of a vacant time slot. If there is a prior booking made, extension won’t be possible. It is best to book an adequate number of hours beforehand, to enjoy the excursion.

What is the booking process?The guest is required to first determine the choice of Yacht, preferred time, and duration (number of hours). They are required to specify the number of guests and if any kids are on board. After confirmation of availability, guests will then receive complete booking information along with Tariff, reporting time, Embarking point etc. The guest has to pay a 50% of the total tariff as the booking amount as specified in the booking information, via any online transfer method to Manta Cruise Goa company account. As soon as payment receipt is confirmed, guests will receive a booking confirmation via email and WhatsApp from Manta Cruise Goa. The Excursion manager will soon after connect with the guest and provide further information and will personally take care of all on board needs and any add on services The Balance amount of the tariff has to be handed over to the Excursion Manager before embarking the yacht on the day of the Excursion at the jetty.

Why is there a reporting time?Before the excursion can begin there are certain processes that need to be carried out at the jetty there are certain safety procedures to be conducted and explained to guests the balance amount of the tariff has to be handed over, Waiver form documentation process has to be completed The captain and crew have to carry out technical procedures before the Yacht can leave the Jetty on time. The reporting time is set prior to the time of excursion to accommodate the process, so that there is no delay in leaving the jetty on time. Please note that no time extension is given if the guests arrive after reporting time and there is a delay in the start time of the excursion Please read all the terms, policies, cancellation & refund policy in the booking confirmation Email thoroughly.

What is the payment method?The Guest can pay via various online methods as provided Bank Transfer, Upi, gpay and balance payment can be accepted by cash.

Do you have different rates in the off season and peak season?Manta Cruise Goa has standard rates throughout the year. However, the routes of the Yachts change in the monsoon and special excursions are available during monsoon.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?The booking amount is a non-refundable advance payment to block the time slot for the particular yacht, Catamaran or Luxury Speed Boat. No refund will be provided in case any guest or all the guests are unable to embark the boat due to any health issues, physical disability or other unforeseen issues. Date of booking can be changed subject to availability, if notified 72 hours before the excursion time. For bookings made under 72 hours of excursion time, no change in booking dates or cancellation is possible If the excursion is cancelled due to any technical issues, the full amount will be refunded to guests within 48 hours. Or date of booking may be changed as per guest request.

Can I pay on the spot at the jetty instead of the advance booking amount?We do not have spot booking service at the jetty. As the Yacht has to be prepared with the onboard services in However same day bookings can be availed in case of availability. However, to get the desired Yacht, with the preferred time slot and date, it is best to book in advance and enjoy all the special onboard services and the luxury of the excursion completely.

Who is the excursion manager? What does the excursion manager do or offer?The Excursion Manager is in charge of taking care of the guest, guiding the guest to the embarking location, taking care of any additional onboard needs, and customising the excursion as per preference of the guest. Soon after the booking is made, the guest will receive a call from the Excursion Manger, who will then personally provide all the hospitality services.

Do you have a dinner cruise with per person rates?Yes, we have a dinner cruise excursion.

Can I bring my own food & beverages (alcohol) on board?Yes, the guest are welcome to get their own food and beverages on board, however it has to be notified in advance so our Excursion Manager can make the necessary arrangements to serve the food and beverages in a proper manner to the guest.

Can you stay in touch with me after booking instead of the excursion manager?Yes, I can be a one-point contact for you as per your request until embarking the Yacht.

Can I conduct a shoot or a party or an event on the yacht?Yes, guests can conduct an event or shoot on the yachts. Our Excursion Manager can help the guest to arrange any décor, DJ, catering, photography, drone photography or any specific services required. We specialize in hospitality services and customizing the excursion as per the guest requirement.

How is the payment towards add-on services done?All further costs for add on services provided by the Excursions Manger to be paid to Manta Cruise Goa account only or cash handover to Excursion manger against cash vouchers.

What is the cost of a private Yacht?Our private yachts are priced on an hourly basis. Cruising and anchoring are priced differently. The guest can book Cruising for as many hours as preferred or also book a combination of Cruising & Anchoring hours as per their desired duration and to suit their budget. During sunset slot 4pm onwards, a minimum booking of 2 hours is mandatory.

What is cruising?Cruising is when the yacht is motoring / sailing / moving. The longer the duration of cruising hours, the more distance the yacht will travel, and the more changing land and sea views can be enjoyed. If guests prefer to go further out to sea, it is recommended to book more cruising hours.

What is Anchoring?Anchoring is when the Yacht is brought to a halt out in the waters, after cruising. During anchoring one can enjoy the views of the coast, music on board, photography, hospitality services, refreshments. Anchoring hours help to lengthen the excursion duration for lesser cost. However, it is not mandatory to book anchoring hours. It is upto the guest to book a combination of cruising & anchoring hours or just cruising hours.

Why are all the yachts priced differently? what is the difference between the yachts?Every yacht has a different guest capacity, amenities on board and luxury standards. The yachts are therefore priced differently. However, the complimentary services are the same across all yachts.

What is a Catamaran?Catamarans are double hulled yachts and are lounge style vessels. They are more spacious than mono hulled yachts and are perfect for large groups, parties, celebrations. They have trampolines to enjoy a floating on water sensation with a sun deck. All other amenities such as pantry, wash room, music are available except for a closed cabin. However there is proper shaded lounge seating with ding tables as well.

What location does the yacht start? What routes do the yachts cover?The yacht embarking points are from various Jetties located at Brittona in the Mandovi River: From this location, the yachts can take the route of capital city Panjim, or to Old Goa, or to Sinquerim, or the Arabian Sea past the Marriott, or to the Backwaters (river cruising). This location is ideal for dolphin sighting packages, croc spotting packages, sunrise cruise, spectacular sunset cruises. There are over 30 options in this location from budget yachts to ultra luxury yachts for parties, get togethers and celebrations Morjim jetty in the Chapora River: This location can cover river cruising of the Chapora river with views of beautiful Mangrove islands, Eagle island, back waters or to the Arabian Sea past the Morjim beach. This location is ideal for morning Dolphin sighting with breakfast cruise, Or brunch at the beach. Being located in the river & the backwaters, it’s also ideal for birding and views of coastal life of Goa, and spectacular Sunset cruise. What activities are included in the packages?Adventure cruise includes water sport activities such as banana ride, speed boat ride, bumper ride and jet ski ride. Dolphin spotting includes activities such as fishing, swimming and snorkelling. Crocodile adventure includes activities such as bird watching and fishing. Island cruises include activities such as fishing, swimming and snorkelling.

Do you have fishing activities?Yes, fishing is a part of Dolphin spotting, Crocodile adventure and Island cruise excursion.

Can I swim during the cruise / excursion?Yes, however swimming preference has to be notified in advance before booking so certain routes can be taken that are conducive to swimming and the yacht can be anchored in certain locations for the same. The choice of the yacht also has to be made that is suitable for swimming activity. We recommend swimming for strong swimmers only (at own risk). Swimming activities can be conducted on the following Yachts - Edith, Therapy, Silver Line, Megan, Jeanneau, Bella, Escape, Black Pearl and Majesty to name a few.

Do you have water sports packages ?Yes, we have adventure cruise excursions which include water sports activities such as banana ride, speed boat ride, bumper ride and jet ski ride.

Can I bring kids on board?Yes, kids are welcome on board. We have safety vests in kid sizes. It is best to notify the numbers of kids and their ages while booking, so necessary arrangements can be made by our Excursion Manager. However, parents or guardians are required to be present and responsible for the kids on board.

Can I bring an infant on board?Yes infants are allowed on board, but must be completely handled by parents and guardians. Our Excursion can assist the parents, however the parents are completely liable to the infant’s care, safety and health.

Can I bring a pet on board?Pets are allowed only on a few specific Yachts on board. However the safety and care and handling of the pets are the complete responsibility of the guests & owners.

Is it safe to be on your company yachts?Each of our Yachts are licensed by various government bodies for plying, safety-based equipment, capacity of guests on board. We are not allowed to ply unless we go through strict inspection by these authorities every year. Safety vests, well trained captain & crew are available onboard. We follow strict safety protocols and non-allowance of hazardous materials on board, which are also explained by the Excursion Manager before embarking the Yachts. Mandatory Safety Protocols: - Safety protocols to be followed by guests as per the instruction of the captain and deckhand on board is mandatory. It is mandatory for the guest to sign a waiver form on behalf of the entire group to avoid circumstances. Safety vests are available on board for all passengers. Passengers who cannot swim are allowed on the cruise but must abstain from diving in the water. Manta Cruise Goa will not be responsible for possession of illegal substances, fire arms or illegal acts carried out by the guests on board. In such cases local police will enforce lawful protocols.
